- Deficits in set switching and verbal working memory. Often Dementia can occur with individuals with Parkinson's disease and might impact cognitive abilities. Mainly the cognitive abilities are not greatly impacted.

- Bradykinesia/ slowness of movement- reduced rate of speed in both voluntary and involuntary movements of initiation and execution
